Sandvik 12C27™ is Sandvik's most versatile knife steel with excellent knife edge properties that provide extreme sharpness, high hardness, exceptional durability and good corrosion resistance. Of our knife series, the Sandvik series is the easiest to sharpen with an optimal balance. The design is made to fit well in the hand and with an angle that provides optimal cutting properties. EGO is designed in Norway by Wilfa, which has delivered products to the home since 1948 and is approved by the Danish National Chefs Association.

The vegetable knife is perfect for peeling fruit, berries and vegetables and perfect for cutting garlic and chilli. The handle is ergonomic and lies firmly in the hand.

The knife is small and the smallest in the EGO knife family. This is one of the most used knives in the kitchen.
