EGO Kitchen Knives

EGO 12C27™ is versatile Sandvik knife steel with excellent knife edge properties that provide extreme sharpness, high hardness, exceptional durability and good corrosion resistance. Of our knife series, the EGO kitchen knife series is the easiest to sharpen with an optimal balance. The design is made to fit well in the hand and with an angle that provides optimal cutting properties. EGO is designed in Norway by Wilfa, which has been supplying products to the home since 1948 and is approved by the Danish national team of chefs.

Chef's knife

The chef's knife is an all-round knife designed to be able to do most cutting jobs and easily cuts through all types of food. The design is made to fit well in the hand and with an angle that provides optimal cutting properties.

Knife blade

The blade is 20 cm long and has a hardness of HRC: 58±2. The knife blade's material is Sandvik12C27.
